I meant to post this a couple of days ago, but I completed both the Voldemort and Dumbledore hats. Unfortunately, Albus looks a little weird around the ears. Soooo, I'll fix him after the flow of orders slows.

So here's good ol' Voldie...

I've been asked to post pictures of bags, so here we go...

This is the bag I've been carrying around for a couple of months. I got the lion pattern from a Harry Potter knitting website, and improvised the design:

And the first bag I ever made was a Dark Mark one for my friend Sarah. Again, I didn't make the pattern. And this was a work in progress at the time the picture was taken, and I didn't get any pictures of the whole thing:

I also have a Slytherin scarf I'm quite proud of that I made, but my friend Kari owns it now so I'm waiting on a picture of it from her. =)

So I've made two posts on this blog, and I think that's just plain depressing. Especially because I've been craftily busy lately!

I've been making Potter Puppet Pals hats for my friends, and I recently made a hat for the movie premiere of HBP. My friend Melissa is going to be my Won-Won (I'm going as Lavender, of course) so I made her a Chudley Cannons hat. (Which is hers for the night, but mine forever!! It's the cutest hat I've ever made, I swear.)

ETA: I also just finished my PPP hat for Melissa with Ron, Ron, Ron, Ron WEASLEY! (This is a very Ron-themed entry, apparently.)

Well, this is about the third time I've tried to write this entry, so I'm just going to keep it short and sweet.

My name is Chrissy and I'm a junior at Truman State University majoring in English with a minor in Classical Studies. I took up knitting when I was in high school, and after about a four-year hiatus, I've recently taken it up again!

A lot of what I craft has some connection with the Harry Potter series, so if you don't like Harry Potter, chances are you might not enjoy some of my crafts quite as much as I do. But that's not all I do!

I've also done some normal things like scarves and wrist-warmers, and I recently made a hat for one of my friends from a Goomba pattern I found on the internet. After I finish the queue of projects I've got going for other people, I'm thinking about making something Watchmen-esque.
